A native of Columbia, South Carolina, I am a friendly, outgoing psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who enjoys getting to know people and discovering what brings them joy. I am dependable, courageous, and, most importantly, optimistic.
I’m a huge sports fan, having grown up playing soccer and basketball and being an NCAA Division I college athlete. I understand the athletic mindset and have endured the challenges of season-ending injuries. I know the role mental health plays in building and rebuilding resilience, dedication, and determination.
Before becoming a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I worked as a hospital nurse for nine years, seven of which were as a travel nurse. During COVID-19, I worked at 24 hospitals in 30 cities across eight states and spent four months caring for afflicted patients in Curaçao.
I’m committed to empowering you to achieve excellent physical, mental, and spiritual health by providing a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and understood.
